5-Year Warranty for Excessive Loss of Color
CAGE™ Blind Withstand™ All-Weather Fabric is solution-dyed and manufactured to the highest quality standards within the hunting blind industry to guarantee strength and protect against excessive loss of color, abrasion, and tearing.
The 5-year limited warranty protects against CAGE™ Blind Withstand™ All-Weather Fabric becoming unserviceable due to excessive loss of color beyond normal usage and exposure conditions. Excessive loss of color is defined as obvious and undeniable significant change in color from the original color in excess of industry accepted tolerances. Colored materials will always fade or discolor and minor changes to Withstand™ All-Weather Fabric (much like vinyl house siding), are deemed as normal and not covered under the 5-year limited warranty. This warranty does not cover normal maintenance, care and cleaning or damage from misuse or abuse. Ardisam’s liability is expressly limited to this warranty. Ardisam reserves the right to inspect the fabric submitted for claim before making a decision on warranty coverage. Ardisam will supply new equivalent fabric or product, in Ardisam’s sole discretion, to replace fabric that becomes unserviceable pursuant to the terms of this warranty.
5-Year Warranty for Collapsed Roofs
The framework of the CAGE™ Blind is designed and manufactured to outperform normal hub hunting blinds by supporting heavy snow loads to guarantee against collapsed roofs due to excessive snow loads.
The 5-year limited warranty protects against CAGE™ Blind roof collapses due to excessive snow loads. This warranty does not cover normal maintenance, or damage from misuse or abuse. We do not warranty against damage resulting from extraordinary wind events like tornados or dorado winds. Ardisam’s liability is expressly limited to this warranty. Ardisam reserves the right to inspect the framework submitted for claim before making a decision on warranty coverage. Ardisam will supply new equivalent framework or components of framework or product, in Ardisam’s sole discretion, to replace framework that becomes unserviceable pursuant to the terms of this warranty.
Product Warranty
This warranty applies to the original owner that provides a proof of purchase of the unit. The warranty is not transferable. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by the first retail consumer or commercial end user. Any unit used in a commercial application is covered for a period of 90 days after purchase. For the warranty to be valid, the product must be registered online at huntriversedge.com, within 30 days of purchase. This warranty applies only to products which have not been subjected to negligent use, misuse, uses other than those indicated in the product’s owner’s manual, alteration, accident, use of unauthorized parts, failure to perform periodic maintenance as specified in product’s owner’s manual, or normal wear and tear. There is no other expressed warranty. Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to 5 years from purchase, or to the extent permitted by law. All other implied warranties are excluded. Liability for incidental or consequential damages are excluded to the extent exclusion is permitted by law. Ardisam does not assume and does not authorize any other person to assume for us, any liability in connection with the sale of our products. Products for which warranty work has been approved must be sent directly to Ardisam and performed by Ardisam. To obtain warranty service and/or replacement instructions, you must obtain prior approval from Ardisam before shipping your package to us by calling our customer service department at 800-345-6007 or by writing to: Ardisam, Inc., P.O. Box 666, 1730 Industrial Avenue, Cumberland, WI 54829 for a return material authorization number (RMA#). All items must be shipped prepaid. Ardisam will, at no charge, repair or replace, in Ardisam’s sole discretion, any product that satisfies the conditions stated above. Ardisam retains the right to change models, specifications and price without notice. Ardisam shall not be obligated to ship any repair or replacement product to any location outside of the United States of America or Canada. If you choose to elevate this product to use above ground (on a tower type structure), only use Ardisam original designed structures to do so. *Using man-made structures or structures not manufactured by Ardisam will void your warranty and waive any and all claims for liability against the manufacturer, Ardisam.
If you choose to elevate this product on an Ardisam, Inc. tower structure, the warranty listed in the tower structure manual will apply to this product in addition to the warranty statement in this owner’s manual.
