RETURN POLICY

  • All products being returned must be in new, unused condition.
  • No refund will be given for items that were purchased more than 30 days prior to the request.
  • No refund will be given for items not purchased through Ardisam and its affiliated brands.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to pay shipping costs for all items being returned.
  • For all returns to be processed, a return authorization number must be provided by customer service.
